Clown Plec L104 (Panaque Maccus)
This beautiful plec is both small and peaceful and brings something a little different to the aquarium.
With a dark brown to black body with white bands and wood eating habits, these are a must have for any plec lover.
Native to the Caroni and Apure river basins in Venezuela, which are characterised by lots of decaying vegetation and driftwood providing both shelter and food for the plecs.
We recommend having plenty of bogwood and driftwood in the aquarium and plenty of vegetation to mimic a natural environment
