How you can help..
It is vital that you ensure someone is available to receive the delivery on the first attempt to minimise the stress for your fish.
It is your responsibility to provide accurate delivery details so the courier can deliver as soon as possible. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, incorrect addresses, or missed deliveries.
Please gently transfer your new fish to a fully prepared, hospitable cycled tank as soon as possible after they arrive.
Water quality, initial transfer, quarantine and subsequent compatibility with any tank mates remains your responsibilty.
