Leopard Dotted Plec L001 (Pterygoplichthys joselimaianus) 6-7cm
These Plecs are known for their striking black body and gold/yellow dots.
They have a very impressive dorsal fin which, when extended, looks like a sail in the wind.
Native to the Rio Araguaia and Tocantins river basins in Brazil, these fish can grow up to 30 cm and require a good sized aquarium with plenty of hiding spots, caves and dark substrate to keep them happy.
Adding bog wood to help aid digestion will boost overall health.
They like plenty of oxygen so provide lots of surface agitation in the aquarium and an airstone
